Neon Divide’s ‘Black Hole Carnival’ - Character Design & Visdev

The cult’s castle base perched on a floating island, orbiting a black hole. The castle’s turrets detach and can be used as deployable orbital bombardments on the planets they gather resources from.

‘Clockwork clowns’ - heavily modded and bogged down with technological implants. More machine than organics

The bruisers; large strongmen type, made for intimidation and heavy hitting.

The Johnny Hightower, smooth, sleek and easily moved by fear. MC/show-host with a false smile and a lot of sleazy charm.

Tip, a cliche villain male goblin and his more-brawn-than-brains chauffeur, Scuzzy.

Scorn the Burned. Perpetually ablaze half-demon, melting through his armour and clown makeup.

Mr. Wicked Smile. Pure evil, can’t stop smiling.

Mother Dearest. Cocooned her original body in a tank to sustain the heavy modding/technological replacements. Collects children and mechanically layers them for eternal youth.
